Shipping, returns & remakes
Personalized keepsakes take time and care. Here is what to expect after you place an order.
Production
Most keepsakes are prepared and dispatched in 5–7 business days. Complex personalization or a requested proof may take longer.
Delivery
Available delivery speed, cost, and estimated arrival are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free when the order subtotal is over $80.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it appears with the order in your vault. Carrier scans can take time to update after dispatch.
Remake promise
If the finished likeness does not feel like your pet or arrives damaged, contact us with clear photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, remake the keepsake.
